Directions. Ensure feet are clean and dry. Use coarse side to remove tough build up of callous & hard skin. Use finer side to smooth away any remaining roughness. For best results, finish by massaging feet with Scholl Deep Moisturising Cream. After use, wash the file with warm water and leave to dry naturally. Caution. Stop using if skin becomes sore or inflamed. People suffering from diabetes or poor blood circulation are recommended to seek medical advice before using this product. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
