DOSAGE AND USE FOR ADULTS:

Take 1 to 2 capsules 3 x a day, 1 hour before each meal with at least 1 glass of water. The capsule must be swallowed whole.

The effective dosage may be different for each person and can vary from 1 to 2 capsules per dose up to a maximum dosage of 6 capsules 3 times a  day.

The dosage can be increased every 3 days by 1 capsule per meal until the sensation of hunger and the desire to eat between meals significantly reduces. Do not exceed the maximum dosage

Do not use Lucovital Max Strength for longer than 30 days in one treatment period. Treatment can be resumed after 4 days.
