Our patches are extremely easy to use. Just apply where pain is felt, ensuring that skin is clean, dry and hair-free. Wait for approximately two minutes before moving to ensure it adheres fully to the skin. Remove after 5 days.

This pack contains 3 ergonomically shaped (T shaped) patches which are very thin and once applied you will hardly notice you are wearing it. The patch is 20cm by 7cm and is designed to fit up the neck with two wings so that you can cover the areas of neck pain more precisely and therefore get the maximum benefit. This medication free patch can be used on its own or to support other existing therapy regimens.
