Ingredients:
FISH oil concentrated (58%) (United Kingdom), gelatin (bovine), evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.)(13%), humectant: glycerol, stabiliser: sodium alginate, antioxidants: extract of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinails), tocopherol-rich extract. With no added sugars. A daily intake of 250 mg of DHA helps to maintain normal brain function. * Highly concentrated EPA,DHA & GLA. Take a third of the capsules compared to our standard Equazen Capsules, during the starting dose.

Directions:
Starting intake: For the first 3 months the recommended intake is 2 capsules daily. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or squeeze the capsule.Take the capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal. Maintenance intake: The recommended intake is 1 capsule daily.
